BUTTER (Just add Caffeine)

The idea of blending butter and MCT oil with your coffee may seem strange but it is quite beneficial for you. First, it serves as a great alternative to milk, whipped cream, and all of the sugars that are used in other coffee drinks. Adding butter to your coffee will also help keep sustained energy levels, and avoid the “crash” that is often experienced with other sugary drinks.  One cup of butter coffee in the morning and you will be good for hours without having to re-fuel.
